Hi, my name is Shaun and I have achieved a level of financial freedom which has allowed me to trial early retirement at the age of 45.
I spent the past 25 years working in the retail industry, to be precise in supermarkets in various leadership roles. That’s right I achieved this by working retail one of the most accessible industries to work in.
During my time I along with my partner I practised a level of financial discipline and risk that enable me to step away from an ever demanding, stressful and time-consuming role. A role that over the long term has proven non sustainable not only of myself but many others.
I am an ordinary person with an ordinary family I didn’t come from money and received no handouts. My goal is to provide a stable environment for my family and not have the need to struggle financially.
